No card included
I spent hundreds of dollars sending these out to my clients, and they all arrive WITHOUT A CARD FROM ME! What's the point??? A few clients guessed that it was me; that's the only way I knew the item arrived. Turns out that there's a message from me which is only visible if the recipient figures out to REMOVE THE MAILING LABEL, and then LOOK ON THE BACK OF IT. In a word, WTF???? Needless to say, I won't be spending another dime with Mrs. Fields ever again. And neither should you.
