The cookies are great and arrived on time. And, the festive tins are a nice touch. The only complaint is the hidden fees. The shipping fee is very high and unrealistic. And, there is an additional fee on top of that. And, of course they appear right before you go to pay. I dispose this trick marketing. Just tell the customer how much it is going to cost them to purchase the cookies up front. You have a good product. Just sell it at a good price with good customer service. There is no need to attempt to trick your customers. If you don’t stop this practice, I may stop purchasing from Mrs. Fields. Thank you for your consideration with this.
