I do have a complaint about your web site and the not-so-obvious method of adding a NOTE to the delivered item. I did see a link to "add a gift" ... which I mistakenly assumed it was a way to get me to ADD A GIFT. How stupid of me to think such a thing! When I completed my order and was looking for a way to ADD A NOTE so the receiver would know who it came from, I could not find a place for that? I completed my order and then contacted your customer service only to be told I was too late (even though it was only a minute after I placed the order) and I was unable to add a note. I asked if I just did not see the way to add a note, and it was finally at that time I was told I should have clicked the ADD A GIFT link!

I have ordered many things from various companies (flowers, edible arrangements, cheeses, etc.) and have never seen such a stupid way of hiding an option to add a note. You really should find a more obvious way on your site to add a note ... and not add a gift?
