The Mrs. Fields Cutie Cake Pan

WHERE TO BUY RECIPE: Mini Quiche Ingredients:
  • 1 pre-made pie dough or homemade dough
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 leek, white park only, cleaned and finely chopped
  • 1 tbl butter
  • 3 tbl grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 pieces bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Cut the pie dough into 1x1 inch circles and press into bottom of each mini cup
  3. Using a fork, pinch each crust in the center and bake for 6 minutes
  4. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs in a small bowl
  5. Saute chopped leeks in a medium saucepan with butter, salt and pepper
  6. Cool slightly before adding cheese and bacon to each cup, then top each with egg mixture
  7. Bake 8-10 minutes until egg is cooked through and puffy
