Fully Loaded Cookie Dough Dip
1/2 cup butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups
1/4 cup mini chocolate covered candies
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Combine melted butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl and whip for about 5 minutes. Add in cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Beat until light and creamy. Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter cups and candies. Cover and chill before serving.
HINT: This dip (like cookie dough) gets even better with age. Make it 1-2 days before serving for ultimate cookie dough flavor!
