    No issues so far!

    This is usually the one I choose when sending gifts to clients, and I haven't gotten complaints! So far if I've ever gotten any messages about them, it was people saying the cookies were good. And orders have always arrived in good time with no complications. So I have yet to have any problems with these.

    The cookies are delicious. Soft, not too sweet, just right. I took away 1 star only because many cookies were broken. I ate them first.

    Customer service.

    I made a mistake while ordering online. I called customer service. They were great at helping resolve the issue. Cookies were delivered right on time for my brother's birthday, and he said they taste "great".
