8" Lemon Poppyseed Coffee Cake

If you prefer a warm coffee cake you may reheat the cake in a microwave oven (please use caution, its heats very quickly), a toaster oven, or even fry our cake in a pan for gourmet French toast. Delicious! Our 8” coffee cake serves 8 - 12 slices and 10” coffee cake serves 16 - 20 slices. Our coffee cakes have a 14 days shelf life from date of shipment when stored at room temp or in the refrigerator. All cakes freeze beautifully for up to twelve months, either whole or sliced. The cake is best defrosted by opening the heavy-duty freezer bag in which it arrived in and storing at room temperature for a few hours. It will taste as fresh as just baked! Also, our cake is quite good when eaten cold, or even frozen - try it!
