Refund and Reship Policies

  • Once you place an order with Mrs. Fields, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number within a few hours. If you do not receive this email, please contact us to confirm the order was placed. You can contact us at 1-800-266-5437

  • Please note that discount codes are only valid until their expiration date. If technical errors resulted in an inability to use your discount code, please call us before the code expires so we can apply it to your purchase, or place the order for you.

  • Sales tax is charged for orders delivered to Utah or Colorado.

  • If you’ve placed on order online, you can track your shipment by visiting our tracking page. If you placed your order over the phone or via mail, please contact us for tracking information at 1-800-COOKIES.

  • Once an order is placed, we typically cannot make any changes or additions to it within five business days of delivery, or within seven business days around Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas due to high order volume during those times.

  • We do our best to ensure that your products are delivered on time, but cannot guarantee delivery for orders shipping to PO boxes, APOs, and internationally, or those shipping via ground method. Please note that sometimes, adverse conditions like weather and local events may delay your shipment.

  • Quantities of our products are limited, and orders are subject to availability. If after your order is placed, an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

  • Please note that our products may contain trace amounts of nuts or other allergens not listed in the ingredients. We encourage you to read the ingredient information carefully, and if you have questions about what a product contains, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to research the information for you.

  • You and those who receive your gifts must be absolutely thrilled with the product, or we’ll make it right – your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Please do not throw away broken or damaged products – report broken or damaged items to Mrs. Fields within ten (10) days of receipt by clicking here. You may be asked to provide pictures of the damaged item(s) and/or packaging.

  • Please make sure to carefully read the product description, dimensions, and details, as some of our products may not look exactly like the picture that you saw in our catalog or website.

  • Orders placed online may not be refunded if the incorrect shipping method was chosen resulting in early or late delivery, or if there were spelling or grammatical errors in the gift message.
