Order and Shipping Information:

  • Once you have placed an order with Mrs. Fields, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number within a few hours. If you do not receive your confirmation, please call us at 1-800-COOKIES (266-5437). Please check your spam or promotion email folders as sometimes these confirmations may not go directly to your inbox. Please add email@give.mrsfields.com to your white list or add to your contacts to ensure delivery to your inbox.

  • Please note that discount codes are only valid until their expiration date. If technical errors resulted in an inability to use your discount code, please call us before the code expires so we can apply it to your purchase or place the order for you.

  • Discount codes cannot be combined or used on previous orders. All bulk or case pack items are non-discountable as you are already getting the sweetest deal.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your package ships. This shipping confirmation email will include the package shipping information which includes a tracking number. If you have placed your order online, you can track your shipment by visiting our tracking page (https://www.mrsfields.com/tracking/). You may also call 1-800-COOKIES (266-5437) and we would be happy to assist you in tracking your package.

  • Quantities of our products are limited, and orders are subject to availability. If after your order is placed, an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

  • Please note that our products may contain trace amounts of nuts or other allergens not listed in the ingredients. We encourage you to read the ingredient information carefully, and if you have questions about what a product contains, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team and we will be happy to research the information for you. If your gift recipient has a nut allergy we recommend that our products are not consumed.

  • Please make sure to carefully read the product description: dimensions, packaging, and details as some of our products may not look exactly like the picture seen on our website or catalog. Please note that our products are wrapped to seal freshness prior to shipping. Please see the “Details” tab for information on how our products are wrapped.

  • If you are shipping to an International address, please note there will be an additional $30 per item plus the Standard shipping charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept International addresses online. Please call 1-800-COOKIES (266-5437) and we would be happy to place the order for you.

  • Sales tax is charged for orders delivered to Utah and Illinois.

  • We do our best to ensure that your shipments are delivered on time but cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders shipping to PO Boxes, Military addresses, and International addresses, or those shipping via standard ground method. Sometimes, adverse conditions like weather and local events may delay your shipment, which are out of our control.

  • Please note that Ground shipping method is not a guaranteed service and that deliveries of packages shipping via Ground method may be delivered outside of your selected delivery date. If you need delivery on a specific date, we recommend using an expedited guaranteed delivery method.

  • Deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels and Colleges: We guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department at the location only. It is the responsibility of this department to deliver the package to your intended recipient. Please be aware that this may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving departments do not guarantee delivery within a specific amount of time.   • Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Please do not throw away broken or damaged products. Instead report broken or damaged items to Mrs. Fields within 15 days of receipt by calling 1-800-COOKIES (266-5437). You may be asked to provide pictures of the damaged items(s) and/or packaging. Once reported we will be happy to either send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Orders placed online cannot be refunded if the incorrect shipping method was chosen resulting in early or late delivery, if there were spelling or grammatical errors, or for incorrect/ incomplete shipping addresses.

  • A $12 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given. We regret that we cannot extend our guarantee when your package is delayed for these reasons.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reroute the package for you provided FedEx has not already shipped this package back to Mrs. Fields.

  • Changes or cancellation of orders: We are happy to make any changes to your order if it is not already in processing, in transit or has already been delivered. Please be aware that during high volume seasons such as Valentine’s Day and during the Holiday season, we will process your order early so we are able to meet delivery expectations.   • All our items are perishable and are unable to be resold once they have been shipped. Due to this, we do not accept returns. If we incorrectly fulfilled the items for your order, please call us at 1-800-COOKIES (266-5437) and we will make it right with either a replacement or refund.
