    Disappointed!

    I ordered 5 tins for Xmas gifts for my family. The cookies were fine, but the web page was TERRIBLE trying to check on the delivery of the items. Never received an email stating that the items were shipped and when I tried to look up the order number and status, I found that the order numbers were all mixed up. I ended up calling on one order that showed “unfulfilled” and was told that a new computer system was installed just before the holidays and was having some problems. I have ordered cookies from Mrs. Fields for several years and have never had a problem until this year. Very disappointed!
