I think my boss has taught to all of us in the office that no matter what your age or race or ability, you can succeed. That nice is still okay in this tough economic time. That sometimes we have to make sacrifices for work. Also that you need to spend time with your staff and reward for hard work and also to get to know each other. We are working very hard, long hours and little rest but she is trying very hard to make us have fun too. She also reminds us to have fun at work too.
