Browned Butter is My Secret Ingredient by SugarPlum

My secret ingredient I use in baking is browned butter.Â I cook butter in a saucepanÂ over medium heat, whisking frequently, until it foams and turns light golden brownÂ (about 2-3 minutes).Â The browned butter addsÂ a nutty flavorÂ to cookies!
