Mrs. Fields® Gifts is pleased to present a free 30-minute tour of our Gifting Facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Adults and children alike will enjoy this amazing behind-the-scenes look at America's favorite cookie. Our guided tour will take you through the entire production of our gourmet gifts--from dough to hand-tied bow to boxed and ready-to-go! We'll show off our gourmet bakery, assembly area and shipping dock, where you might be surprised to see just how efficiently we deliver as many as 35,000 packages in a single day! The tour ends with a visit to our outlet store where we offer delicious Mrs. Fields® cookies as well as closeout gift items for purchase.

Our factory tour is by appointment only on MONDAY through THURSDAY, 9:00am-11:00am and 1:00pm-4:00pm. You may make a reservation for our tour by submitting the form above. Tours will not be available on major federal holidays.
