I received these cookies as a gift and they were individually wrapped and harder than a hockey puck-I tried to heat them thinking it could soften them even if it melted the chocolate but no luck, I didn't want to chip a tooth, so I didn't eat them. I was suprised because Mrs. Fields is known for good quality cookies, I love to get them at my local shopping centers! I wouldn't waste my money on this one.
