Your Guide to Seasonal Summer Produce

There’s nothing quite like the flavor of fresh, seasonal produce, and summer is the season to get the most abundant supply. If you don’t have local farmer’s markets to shop, it’s helpful to know what’s in season when you head to the grocery store. Cost is usually a good indicator (the lower the price, the likelier it is in season), but that’s not always foolproof. Here’s a list of what’s in season this summer (in North America). Look it over, print it out, or tuck it in your purse, but above all, enjoy the season’s bounty!
