The next time you have a few day-old cookies, give them a quick spin in your food processor and–voila!–you’ve got a delicious, crunchy ice cream topping! Store the crunchy crumbs in an air-tight container in the freezer, right next to their new roommate, ice cream. Trust me, a lasting friendship will soon form.
